This coffee is an example of very tasteful and intentional amounts of processing. This Caturra and Chiroso lot from La Falda has all the typical clarity and juiciness you’d expect of a washed Colombia, but with added benefit of extra fermentation. While subtle, this extended fermentation adds a unique sweetness through a mild, yet delicious spice character. Putting that all together gives you a truly unique and refined coffee experience.
